Backtrack
The chart, rewound. Practise on history with paper money.
Backtrack replays a market from a moment in history. You step forward bar by bar and open paper positions against a paper account, charged the real closing fee and no borrow or funding. Nothing is signed and nothing settles on chain, so a session costs time and no collateral.
Backtrack replays a market. You pick a moment in history, the chart winds back to it, and you step forward bar by bar, or let it play. Its own rail has a side, a collateral field and a leverage slider, and opens paper positions against a paper account. Nothing is signed and nothing is settled on chain.
The paper account charges the closing fee and nothing else: there is no borrow or funding in a replay, and a paper position is liquidated when the price move alone eats its collateral. A session ends with its results: net PnL, win rate and fees paid.
What it is good for
- Learning what leverage feels like on a real move, at no cost.
- Testing whether a stop you like the look of would have survived the day.
- Getting fluent with sizing before the first trade that matters.
