The terms this interface is offered under: no custody, no advice, no warranty, and the contracts as the record.
win-trader is a software interface to smart contracts on Stellar. It is offered as it is, with no warranty and no custody: it never holds funds or keys, and it cannot open, close or settle a position on anyone's behalf. The contracts on chain are the record and the authority.
What these terms cover
The win-trader website and the interface it serves. They do not govern the Soroban contracts that interface talks to. Those are deployed on a public network and behave the way their code does, for anybody who calls them, with or without this site in front of them.
No custody
win-trader takes possession of no funds and holds no key. Every open, close, deposit and withdrawal is a Stellar transaction signed in the user's own wallet, and an account created from an email or a Google login is a Stellar account whose key stays with the user. No route on this host can move money; see Authentication.
Not advice, and not an offer
Nothing published on this site is investment advice, a recommendation, a solicitation or an offer to trade. The documentation is a description of how the software works, written for people who have already decided to use it.
Eligibility
Whether a person may lawfully use a perpetual futures exchange is a question of where they are, and it is theirs to answer before they trade. Using this interface asserts that they may. See the risk disclosure.
Testnet, and the competition
This deployment runs on Stellar testnet. The USDC on it is test money issued by the Faucet: it has no monetary value, it is not redeemable for anything, and no balance shown on this site is a claim on money. Competition rounds, their deadlines and their prizes are announced by the operator and are the operator's to set and to award; see The competition and the leaderboard.
The chain is the record
Where this site and the chain disagree, the chain is right. Balances, positions, fees and vault shares shown here are read from an index of chain state that is always a moment old, and nothing this application displays creates an entitlement the contracts do not already hold. The public API
The read API needs no key and asks for no registration, and the rate the app itself polls it at is documented so that anything else can poll it the same way; see API overview. Display names and anything said in the channel are public, and both are rate limited.
As it is
The site, the interface and this documentation are offered as they are and as they happen to be available, without warranty of any kind: not of accuracy, not of fitness for any purpose, and not of uninterrupted service. The interface can change, break, or stop being served, and the exchange goes on without it either way.
When these terms change
This page carries the day it last said something different, in its own metadata and in the site's sitemap. There is no notification list. The way to know the terms have changed is that the date has moved.
